At RGI Solutions, our personnel aren’t just highly trained. They’re fully vetted, and regularly DBS checked. They also undergo full disability awareness and cognitive interview training.

If that wasn’t enough, they’re actively monitored and handpicked for every job.

As a further measure of our uncompromising standards, we not only investigate, but are also registered as a training hub to deliver the latest SIA-compliant qualifications. All of our investigators will be qualified to at least IQ Level 3 Award Professional Investigation. In short, we work hard to ensure that one day all investigators will operate the RGI Solutions way.

Meet The Team

Ray Glenn

Managing Director

Ray founded RGI Solutions in 1990 following a successful and varied police career. His objective was then to create a professional, expert private investigation practice and his objective is as true today as it was then. As our Managing Director, Ray leads our senior management team ensuring that our products and processes are effective, our people perform at the highest levels and our clients enjoy doing business with us. Ray is totally committed to our business, our people, our clients and our mission to provide integrity, reliability, insight, value and quality in everything we do.

Joyce Glenn

Director and Company Secretary

Joyce has been at the forefront of the development of RGI Solutions from its inception. Using her background in business studies and from her significant experience working within the legal sector, Joyce has continually strived to ensure that the overarching business and administrative processes provide a robust foundation on which our operational processes can be effectively supported. As Joyce is a director and is company secretary, she is fully committed to ensuring that our company best practice policy is adhered to and shines through at all times.

Tim Byrne

Director

Tim Byrne helped found the company having worked with some of the leading law firms in the North West where he gained invaluable experience of strategic management. As a Director of the company, Tim has an active role in the setting of our overall strategy for growth and development. Tim has specific responsibility for our Governance and Compliance strategy and is absolutely committed to ensuring that RGI operates in a totally professional and ethical way. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.

Cath Williams

Business Development Manager

Cath joined RGI Solutions in 2013, prior to this she held senior fraud management positions within the legal, insurer and loss adjusting sectors. With a strong background in law enforcement, Cath has over 23 years of insurance fraud management and detection experience. She has led from the front in developing new processes and strategies and has a comprehensive understanding of the current and developing issues facing the insurance sector. Cath is responsible for new business development, new product development and client relationship management and is absolutely focussed on ensuring that RGI Solutions mission statement to provide integrity, reliability, insight, value and quality in everything we do is as true today as it was when the company was first formed.

Sarah Glenn

Associate Director - Finance

Sarah Glenn is responsible for finance and the administration it requires for the company. As an Associate Director, Sarah is charged with strengthening and aligning central administrative and financial functions with the company’s core missions of service. In this role, Sarah oversees a broad range of departments including budget and resource planning, business affairs, purchasing and contracting, printing and mailing, accounts payable & receivable and delivering projected reports for the company. Sarah gained fantastic experience from previously being the Operations Manager for the company & took these skills into the finance side for the company to assist in the streamlining of accounts.

Anthony Byrne

Associate Director - Operations

Responsible for the overarching day to day operations of the Company, Anthony’s focus is to guarantee performance standards are met and maintained to the highest level throughout the wide range of services provided by RGI Solutions. As the Company’s ISO officer, Anthony is determined to ensure the Company’s absolute commitment to quality systems and information security is maintained through the continual focus and adherence to ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards. In addition Anthony is also responsible for the management of all in-house staff and HR.

Chris Moore

Associate Director – Counter Fraud

After gaining invaluable experience in insurance claims departments, Chris worked for 6yrs as a Fraud Fee Earner at a major Defendant solicitor in the North West. He joined RGI Solutions in 2008 and was responsible for completely re-designing our Fraud processes. His extensive legal experience became an integral part of our Counter Fraud philosophy which makes RGI Solutions unique, in that we know first-hand what evidence our clients require to successfully defend claims in Court. Chris is also absolutely committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients through intelligence led investigations.

Jamie Lankey

Associate Director – Claims Investigations and Surveillance

Jamie has been with RGI Solutions since 2008 and has brought with him considerable multi lines technical claims management experience. Having worked in an operational fraud management role for a large UK general insurer, Jamie has a detailed understanding of how we can assist our clients by accurately contributing to the measurement processes relating to claims management and savings. Jamie has operational management responsibility for our claims investigation teams ensuring that the quality and performance of both our in house and field investigators always meets and excels our client’s level of expectation.

Heather Green

National Accounts Manager

Heather Green is the primary point of contact for all client contract related matters. As National Accounts Manager she is responsible for ensuring that we have effective communication with our clients and we exceed contractual expectations. Heather has nine years’ experience in insurance claims validation and fraud management along with intelligence analysis and therefore has excellent technical knowledge to ensure thorough understanding of what is required by our clients. By completing this role she gained excellent experience and relationships with various claims teams which has enabled her to move smoothly into the Account Management role. Heather is determined to maintain the excellent client relationships we have built over years and of course build new ones.
